King David looked to the Word of God for guidance, hope, and comfort. Your Bible teaches you how this same guidance, hope, and comfort can be yours through God’s Word. From the Old Testament through the New Testament, God speaks words of life and truth to men and women. Learn how to study God’s Word and apply His truth to your life. Your Bible shows you how to do this.

Upon completion of this module, you should be able to:

1. Understand Concepts of how the Bible can help you. 2. Explain why and how the Bible was written. 3. Explain why you believe the Bible was inspired 4. Explain the importance of studying God’s Word regularly. 5. List at least three differences between the Old Testament and New Testament. 6. Describe ways to use a concordance. 7. Distinguish between different literary genres of the Bible
